NETAPS.in जून 2008 में एमएसएमई (सूक्ष्म, लघु और मध्यम उद्यम मंत्रालय) के तहत पंजीकृत एक सामाजिक सेवा प्रदान करने वाली कंपनी है। हम प्रत्यक्ष कैंपस परामर्श, नौकरी और शिक्षा मेलों के माध्यम से देश के युवाओं को औद्योगिक और व्यावहारिक आधारित शिक्षा के महत्व को समझाते हैं, और प्राथमिक विपणन अनुसंधान और सर्वेक्षण।

NETAPS.in is a social service and management consulting company registered under MSME (Ministry of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises) in June 2008. We explain the importance of industrial and practical based education to the youth of the country through direct campus counselling, job and education fairs, and primary marketing research and surveys.

हम सरकार द्वारा चलाए जा रहे, NAPS, NATS, BOAT जैसे प्रशिक्षुता कार्यक्रमों को बढ़ावा देते हैं। इसके अलावा, मुफ्त शिक्षा और करियर परामर्श, प्रत्येक छात्र को वित्तीय सहायता के रूप में 15,000 रुपये से 50,000 रुपये प्रति माह का वजीफा, 5000,00 रुपये तक की छात्रवृत्ति विशेष तौर से उन लोगो को प्रदान करता है जो NETAPS.in के माध्यम से किसी भी पाठ्यक्रम में प्रवेश लेता है।

We promote apprenticeship programs like, NAPS, NATS, BOAT run by the government. In addition, free education and career counselling, stipend of Rs 10,000 to Rs 35,000 per month as financial assistance to each student, scholarship up to Rs 5000,00 is provided exclusively to those who are pursuing any degree /diploma through NETAPS Foundation.

हम 18 से 45 वर्ष के युवा पुरुषों और महिलाओं को सामाजिक सुरक्षा के रूप में प्रत्येक छात्र को 10 लाख रुपये तक का बीमा भी प्रदान करते हैं, खासकर जो किसी भी कारण से समाज से बाहर रह जाते हैं।

We also provide insurance of up to Rs 10 lakh to each student as social security to young men and women aged 18 to 45 years, especially those who are left out of the society for any reason.

NETAPS का फुल फॉर्म "नेशनल एम्प्लॉयमेंट थ्रू अप्प्रेन्टिसशिप डिग्री प्रोग्राम" है और हिंदी में इसे "शिक्षुता संवर्धन योजना के माध्यम से राष्ट्रीय रोजगार (शि सं यो मा रा रो ) " कहते है। NETAPS का उद्देस्य देश के हर स्कूल कॉलेज यूनिवर्सिटीज ट्रेनिंग सेण्टर कोचिंग सेंटर्स NSDC सेंटर्स या फिर डायरेक्ट गांव के प्रधान या ब्लॉक डेवलपमेंट ऑफिसर्स से मिलकर पंचायत भवन में जाकर वह के हर वर्ग के युवाओं को बिना उनकी जाति या धर्म पूछे बिना उनकी फ्री में एजुकेशन और करियर काउन्सलिंग करना, कैंडिडेट को उसकी hobbies (रूचि ) के अनुसार सही कोर्स सेलेक्ट करने में मदद करना और इंडस्ट्री आधारित शिक्षा में एडमिशन फॉर्मलिटीज कम्पलीट करवाना, 5 लाख रूपये तक का स्कॉलरशिप दिलवाना, कोर्स / पढाई /रूचि के अनुसार सही कंपनी में Govt के अप्प्रेन्टिसशिप प्रोग्राम के तहत 30 दिन से 180 दिन के अंदर जॉब या अप्रेंटिसशिप दिलवाना है, जिससे किसी भी स्टूडेंट को पढ़ाई करने के लिए किसी तरह का कोई कर्ज या लोन ना लेना पड़े।

The founder and director of NETAPS.in is Mr. Dhruv Dubey, a serial entrepreneur. Before this, he had been the founder and director of 3D India Group (Management Consulting Firm). How do we help the youths?

NETAPS.in first arranges his/her admission to an Indian and Government recognized university, preferably in colleges or universities that offer evening classes, and also places the youth through our 3980+ industry partners within 15 days to 180 days. Help arrange an apprenticeship/trainee employment. Where that candidate will get 100% practical and industrial training by industry experts from day one + IIT professors in weekend classes or weekdays in the evening + free resume/portfolio design by experts + free 7-30 days training Professionalism and Behavioral Training + Scholarship ranging from 20 to 35 thousand rupees per month is given. And at the same time, the candidate is given free English and computer training and the facility to pay the fees in interest-free EMI. Not only this, every youth is also given free insurance up to Rs.10 lakh by NETAPS.

NETAPS Talent Search Exam

NETAPS.in conducts a talent search exam every year, in which skilled, qualified, experienced candidates are sent abroad (in countries where there is a shortage of skilled manpower) for jobs and studies so that at least 7000 of our youth go abroad Can get an annual salary of 120000 dollars i.e. 50,000,00 to 1 crore. And finally, we provide infrastructure like projects, office/land, company registration, GST and trademark registration, etc. to these candidates to open a company in India. So that he can give employment to at least 20 to 50 people in his office, help in his society, state, and country, and his Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi's 5 trillion economy vision. NETAPS has so far provided apprenticeship-based education with a stipend to about 5 lakh youths. We are enrolling 2300 to 2500 youths every month.

NETAPS.in Scholarship Scheme is for Indian students (8th, 10th, 12th, ITI, Diploma, UG/PG, and Ph.D.) who are economically weak and is an initiative by the NETAPS FOUNDATION.

The scheme aims to recognize and promote Apprenticeship / practical education beyond Class 8th among all economically weaker section students. A total of 10,000 fresh scholarships are disbursed every year under this scheme.

PAP Program: Pay Course Fee After Getting Job Program?

Fee Structure: Candidates are not required to pay course fees/tuition fees/examination fees until they get an internship, job, or scholarship. For admission to any of the courses, candidates need to procure an application form from NETAPS.in partner universities to provide proof of admission/course registration certificate to scholarship officers or companies offering internships. Our Goal & Objectives

NETAPS.in objectives are to reduce crime and unemployment and fill out the technical education gap in the society-

OBJECTIVES OF NETAPS.in

1. To support LEFT OUT candidates due to any reasons such as-

Financially Weak Youths
Academically Weak Youths
Socially Disconnected Youths (E.g. Tribal Youths)

2. To convert 90% of the theoretical Education & 10% Practical Education System of the colleges/universities into 90% of Practical Education & 10% of Theoretical education. (E.g. Mechanic, Electrician)

3. To remove the barrier of finance of the parents for any education from 8th Class to Ph.D. Level

4. To Create Employers /Entrepreneurs/ Business Professionals in the Society not just Employees

5. To send 50,000 candidates(25% of the 2Lakh) to overseas markets such as Gulf Countries, Canada, Australia, etc. as Skilled, Experienced Employees with a minimum salary range of $60,000 to $120,000 Per Year

6. To create a pool of Investors, a minimum of 250 investors annually, for India.

7. To improve the Gross Income of the Society through overseas employment and practical bases/apprenticeship-based education, and in turn helping in our country's GDP and matching the vision of the Prime Minister’s 5 Trillion economy.

8. To fill the gap of education and employment, specially, from Rural Areas, Tribal Areas

9. To provide/facilitate almost FREE EDUCATION and FREE COUNSELING @Pin Level

10. To give positive direction to the energy of the country's youth, especially to the teenagers (15 years to 30 years)

11. To remove the myth of the ENGLISH through Practical Based Education & Training

12. To provide/facilitate all the education & training in regional language

13. To provide/facilitate all the education & training directly by the IIT and Industry Experts.

14. To promote and facilitate Apprenticeship Based Education and tell the importance of such education to society.

15. To provide financially independent youth through STIPEND LINKED EDUCATION & TRAINING.

16. To provide/facilitate financial and digital literacy training and secure them financially secure at 50% cost of the insurance premium.

17. Providing and facilitating an annual package of at least Rs 5 lakh per annum to all NETAPS candidates before the completion of the course.

Our One Year Target

1. To increase employee strength by up to 1000.

2. To increase vendor base from 1960 to 3000.

3. To change the career of the 20,000,00 Youths (especially to the left-out* youths)

4. To increase the academic base from 700 to 1500

5. To develop 25 regional offices through franchise module.

6. To develop 5 Rural Call Centers in the next 1 Yr
